order lead times

All of our lights are handmade to order in a colour of your choice. This means that our lead times are slightly longer than other online stores.

 

As a general guide we would normally expect to despatch your order up to 10 working days from order confirmation. It can be quicker than that depending on our holding stock levels. If for any reason we have to extend these lead times you will be advised as soon as we can.

These timelines are all shown on your order confirmation email.

Standard Shipping is via one of our chosen partners, either Royal Mail 2nd class recorded post, Evri tracked small parcel, or Yodel tracked small parcel. All our services are tracked and this is reflected in our increased postage charges (as of November 2021). We no longer offer a Next Day service.

Delivery times can be up to 10 working days from despatch depending on the carrier chosen.

Again, these timelines are all on your shipping confirmation email, along with your tracking number.

Shipping is free for orders over £50 and is automatically discounted at checkout.

returns

Faulty goods

You must notify us within 28 days of receipt of your order that the product is faulty, and you must provide full details of the fault. We will provide you with a pre-paid Royal Mail label to attach to your parcel. You will need to drop this off in any postbox. Refunds or replacements will be provided within 10 working days of the return being received and processed by us.

Right to Cancel

As per distance selling regulations, for orders over £42, excluding postage and packaging, You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us for our return address. You will need to cover the cost of return postage and we would refund in full on receipt of the returned unused product.

Changed your mind? 

​

If upon receiving your order you change your mind, please contact us to let us know. You will need to return the products at your own cost, and we would ask that you please use a tracked service for this. We cannot refund an order if it is lost in the post. A refund will be issued within 5 working days of the order being received back with us.
